Setting up of exhibits March 07, 2013 from 17:00 till 24:00
Taking down of exhibits March 10th, 2013 from 13:00

Storage space will be available at the conference center. Packages arriving prior to the meeting should be addressed to K2 Conference & Event Management. conference center and K2 Conference & Event Management does not accept any responsibility for packages left for courier collection after the conference.

Internet & Business Center
The conference venue provides wireless internet connection in all common areas. For further information and tariff please contact to K2 Conference & Event Management registration desks. Also Fax and Photocopying machines will be available at the conference venue.

Exhibition Extras
Please contact K2 Conference & Event Management for furniture hiring, catering, technical equipment, cleaning services, etc. Appropriate booking forms will be forwarded to you after receiving your confirmation.

Stand Personnel
Exhibitors and company representatives must register and pay for EXHIBITOR IDENTIFICATION BADGES by filling out the form provided together with the exhibition extras booking forms, indicating the name of the professionals that will be on duty during the event. Use of the badge is obligatory for access to the conference.

Hotel Accommodation
The official booking service is being provided by K2 Conference & Event Management. Further details on the hotels and booking, forms are available at www.copdistanbul.org .
